Best shoe store in Savannah and Ruby was fantastic providing exceptional customer services. Great selection of Johnson & Murphy. Store does carry a few styles of men’s Mephisto shoe. Conveniently located on Broughton Street.

I stopped in here looking for some dress shoes. A sweet woman sat me down and chatted with me about what I was looking for and what my budget was. Then she brought over a pair of shoes that was VERY comfy and within my price range. The shoes here ARE EXPENSIVE, but the quality makes that cost a bit easier to handle.

Great spot! Got my first pair of On Clouds here today, I’m local but never stopped in the shop. Ruby was an absolutely gem, my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our interaction with her. Thanks for being there!

Shopped here for the first time yesterday and I absolutely love it! It’s obviously a staple in Savannah but the AMAZING customer service that comes along with it blows you back because that type of customer service isn’t common these days. I bought a gorgeous pair of espadrille chunky sandals and they are comfortable. Tea is a 10/10 employee and I will forever go back just for her, the shoes were just a plus!

Went into this store bc I love sneakers and the front window displays were very nice and wanted to see more of the selection plus I have never heard of these brands before so I was intrigued!! Went in and got full serviced from T she was the absolute best so professional knowledgeable and just the best personal experience you could ask for ended up getting a pair of back 70s for my wife and they were just the best for comfortability and the style was so nice great material !! We will be back and will ask for T !! Thank you so much for being patient with us you truly were a delight !!

Customer service here is impeccable. I would go back again and plan on it whenever I am in Savannah again just to see the salesperson that helped my daughter and I. My daughter purchased a pair of shoes and never had sales staff take the shoes out of the box and fit them. I forgot how wonderful that old school service was so nice and still appreciated. I have a friend going to Svannah and I have told her, she needs to stop in to Globe Shoe Company.

Globe Shoe Company was such a fantastic shopping experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, Ruby greeted us and was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her knowledge, patience, and expertise made all the difference. I originally went in planning to purchase one specific pair of shoes, but thanks to Ruby’s recommendations and keen eye, I ended up leaving with two completely different pairs that I absolutely love. She truly knows her products and takes the time to help customers find the perfect fit and style. The selection at Globe Shoe Company is incredibly impressive. Whether you’re looking for comfort, fashion, casual, or something unique, they seem to have something for everyone. T helped my husband, and the sweetest lady who was the co-owner helped me. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. I was so distracted by how amazing the customer service was. I’m honestly appalled by the negative reviews about T and this store overall because… how? Our experience was the complete opposite. Perhaps those people were rude first and didnt deserve the wonderful service that was presented to us. We didn’t even know about this store until we randomly stumbled upon it while walking around, and now I’m low-key gatekeeping it just for my husband and me. Both associates were incredibly attentive and genuinely didn’t care how long we took. There was no rushing at all. They saved our shoes after purchasing so we could enjoy our morning some more without having to carry the bag! They also have a huge selection of unique shoes that you don’t see everywhere, which made the experience even better. The store itself is very classy, and we will absolutely be coming back in the future.

Best shoe buying expensive I’ve ever had. The lady that helped us was great at her job. She’s been there I believe she said 27 years. She even put the stockings and shoes on my feet. They have high end shoes but also some that are more affordable too. I wanted some heels that were comfortable to wear for long periods and the ones she suggested and that we bought I was able to wear while on my feet for hours. And the store has been there since 1892

I’ve written and deleted this review multiple times because it sounded dramatic, but this was, by far, the best shopping experience of my life. Tea is an absolute treasure. She immediately understood what I was looking for and then expanded my horizons. She was so kind that I didn’t quite know what to do with myself at first, but she encouraged me to sit back and enjoy the experience as she helped me try on each pair of shoes. She showed me styles I absolutely loved and shared , details about each pair, as well as the history of Globe Shoe Co. I walked out of there standing taller, thanks to the person Tea is. Wearing these shoes will always remind me of her and the wonderful experience she gave me. I will be coming back to Globe Shoes every time I visit Savannah.
